What should I upload?

What does the free pilot include?

What if it takes longer than 15 minutes?
We’ll pause and send you a quote before continuing. No additional work will be completed unless you approve it.
Will my files remain private?
Yes. Your files will only be used to assess or fix the problem and will be removed after the agreed retention period.
